PM Camp
Supporting Members $150; General $175

Each afternoon, kids signed up for the PM program will be able to choose from two themes with Lead Counselors as their guides: Go Out and Play or Build and Create. Children opting for Go Out and Play may visit exhibits in the Museum, go on adventures around Fort Baker, or play gross motor games on the field. Friends who want to Build and Create will have the chance to spend time working on the process-driven art and building activities we’re known for. Campers will be able to switch activities halfway through the afternoon session if they’re ready for a change of pace. Our PM programs offer a staff to child ratio of 1:6, lower than most other camps.

Campers will also create small scale carpentry projects to use as props for their imaginary adventures. Parents have the option of registering children for a full day or half day option.

Dragons, mermaids, unicorns and kings; imagination rules in this camp for fairy tale fanatics of all stripes. Children will weave a tale around characters they create, drawing from unlimited options. Using an interdisciplinary approach, each camper will explore art as they set the scene for their original production and make their own costumes; learn science while making potions; and build confidence as they act out their own character.

PM camp
Supporting Members $250; General $275

Who says kids can't rock? Together with experienced musicians and entertainers Brian Gorman and Marcus Stoesz, campers will form a rock band, create an original rock song, and get creative with fun music and performance related games and activities. Each day the rockers will have a chance to smash and bash on the drums, shred on guitar, dance on the keys, and sing and scream into the microphones. No experience necessary, just the desire to rock out! Parents will be invited to a vocal performance of the band's song at the end of the week.

*Please note that due to the short duration of the camp adults will play the instruments during the performance while the children sing. Children have ample opportunities to use the instruments during camp. More info at rockbandland.org
