Artist-in-Residence, Suzie Buhholz
To complement our theme of Sky, we are pleased to welcome Sausalito-based artist, Suzie Buchholz. For the past 15 years, Suzie has been making kites out of found objects and recycled materials, and will be working on a series of kites for special installation in our Entry Pavilion. Meet the President of Imagination Playground, Dave Krishock, as he talks about the benefits of free play and how Imagination Playground sparks creativity, develops social collaborations, and improves concentration and problem solving. You'll receive valuable information about how you can bring an Imagination Playground to your school.

Little Passports 5th Birthday Party

Join Little Passports as they commemorate their fifth birthday with an afternoon celebration in our Discovery Theatre. Kids can go around the world and participate in hands-on crafts, science experiments and educational activities. There will also be a "globetrotting" photo booth and light snacks. Don't miss the fun!
Our daily programs and tours are open-ended, make-up-as-you-go play opportunities around a theme that offer a way for our visitors and staff to engage with our exhibit spaces and inquiry-based educational philosophy.

Nature Walks with Ranger Lucy

Take a nature walk around Lookout Cove with our favorite National Park Ranger, Lucy. Meet a sticky monkey flower and watch turkey vultures flying overhead as we discover more about the plants and animals.
