Playdate 2012

Building on the success of our 2011 Gala, the Museum’s Board of Trustees and the all-volunteer Discovery Council once again join forces to present our 2012 fundraising extravaganza. The event celebrates the delight, imagination and wonder at the heart of the Museum’s mission of nurturing childhood creativity. Proceeds from Playdate 2012 support the Museum’s systematic program of best-practices and unrivaled resources, including hands-on exhibits and expert-guided workshops in the arts and sciences, and groundbreaking outreach programs for children and families in under-served communities, where the need for creative development is most acute.
